SELL
Selling your home is both a financial and emotional decision. After all, your home is much more that four walls, it's a depository of memories gathered through the years. Memories of birthdays, first day of school, special occasions including weddings, holidays and anniversaries. Through the years, the unique characteristics, the love and personal touch you've infused into the property has made it a home for you and your family. The community, new friends and neighbors that you now consider family are what make your home special. Hiring a trusted and expert agent who understands your emotional connection and is working in the best interest of your financial objective and outcome is parament to making it a stress free and memorable experience. I welcome the opportunity in serving you and your family in ensuring your transition is a smooth one.

1
MEET AND GREET
The first step is our meet and greet where we sit down to discuss key numbers as comps, recommended list price and conduct a tour of your home. We will discuss everything from the motive behind your decision to sell to implementing the strategies for selling your home fast at the highest price. This includes outlining the steps and stages of the selling process, as well as answering any questions or concerns that you may have.
2
DECLUTTER
Think about model homes, staged homes or open houses, it's unlikely that you will find the home messy or unorganized. There is a reason for this. People appreciate a clean; well organized home and space, it allows potential buyers to see the home in its best light and decluttering your home helps others envision the space, allowing their creative imagination to picture themselves in the home. So removing stacks of unread magazines, mail, unwanted kids artwork and minimizing the amount of items on shelves, even removing magnets on the fridge can go a long way in getting you home under contract and sold.
3
HOME REPAIRS
Major renovations or additions are normally not required but its advisable to make minor repairs and improvements to the home to help eliminate concerns from potential buyers. I'm a strong advocate of getting a pre-listing home inspection. This will help inform you of issues that may arise later in the process, issues that you can catch early on and address beforehand.
4
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS AND VIDEO
It's true that many of todays smartphones are highly advanced and equipped with amazing features including photo and video captures but its still advisable to hire a true professional, a photographer who is skilled and experienced in taking real estate pictures and video that will take your home's presentation to the next level.
5
LIST THE PROPERTY
Now is time to plant the sign on the lawn and present the property to the market.
6
MARKET AND ADVERTISE
The work is not done because the home is listed, now the actual work begins of marketing and advertising the property until the desired outcome of ratification and closing is achieved.
